Deadwood Reservoir

Hence the name....Deadwood!!

It was absolutely beautiful. My husband got
quite creative with the camera and took some
really good picture. I am impressed!!!

Playing in the water. We had beautiful weather and it

was fairly warm, but there was always a nice breeze in

the afternoon which made the water rather chilly!!!!

Grandma and Owen. She was such a good sport and got

in the water and played with Owen for a long time.

Eating.....one of the fun things about camping!!

marshmallows are better, but....that is just my opinion!!

Owen catching butterflies. Aaron found a net for

him to catch them in and then grandma gave him

the brilliant idea and he thought that was the coolest

thing ever. He wanted to sleep with them and then of

course we had to bring them home. It is so cute to see

them get excited about the little things in life!!

We took a drive into Bruce Meadows which is another

beautiful place. Well the salmon were spawning and

with two fisherman along we had to stop several

times to check them out. It was very interesting.

What a great trip! We had so much fun! Beautiful place,

great food and wonderful company....can't get better!!!
