Maddie's Visit!!

My parents came out to visit and they brought my niece

Maddie with them!  My parents always do a great

job of coming for the kids birthday and making

them a priority!  We appreciate and love that

so much.  This year they brought Maddie

with them and we had such a great week!

Maddie is in 4th grade and they each

got a state that they had to do a project

on and she got Idaho.  So we went to

the Capital, took a tour and got some

history and facts about Idaho!  It nice

to see the capital, walk through it and

do some educational learning!

 She even got to go inside the Governor's office and sit

at the desk where ceremonies take place.  She was thrilled.

She thought it would be awesome to see the Governor

himself, but that never happened.

After we walked through the Capital we went to the gift

shop and she bought several things for her project and

a few souvenirs to take home.  It was a great morning!
