San Diego 2008

We took a little 5 day family vacation to

San Diego. It was such a fun trip. We

went to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and

of course the beach. The weather was 70's

and perfect. It was great to be together

as a family, relax together, laugh together

eat together and just have fun together!!

I am very sad it is over!!

I thought this was the funniest thing...there were

these bicycles everywhere and people would drive

you in them to where ever you wanted to go, of course

for money. They must do fairly well b/c there were

so many. It is like their taxi on the sidewalk!!

Owen of course loved the water and just

wanted to play and play in it. And he knows

how to say water, so EVERYTHING is

WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!

Sea World was amazing. Shamu and their

show was incredible and by far the highlight

of the day. The are truly amazing creatures.

There was a huge play area for the kids and

Owen loved that too. He was climbing the ropes

and playing in the water (surprise, surprise)!

Coronado Beach

We at at the Hard Rock Cafe Saturday night and

it was very good food, probably our best meal!!

Our Family at the Zoo

The San Diego Zoo was incredible too. The
grounds are over a 100 acres! We did
a lot of walking, but we saw it ALL. It was
truly magnificent and so lush!!


The Panda bears...my favorite!!! So cute and lovable!!




The many animals of the zoo! What a GREAT
place. Sorry Boise, it puts you to shame!!
